Congratulations to our wonderful Principal, Miss Hannah, on her recent Graduation from the Royal Academy of Dance this September. The long-awaited ceremony was held in London with guest speaker Steven McRae, Principal Dancer with the Royal Ballet and Royal Academy of Dance Ambassador. Miss Hannah also had the opportunity to meet with Dame Darcey Bussell DBE, former Principal of the Royal Ballet and President of the Royal Academy of Dance.

Miss Hannah said “Steven’s words on nurturing the future talent in our schools left me feeling so inspired and excited to get back to teaching after our summer break. His passion for dance and performance education to create a safe, joyful and expressive space for children and adults was enlightening. It was also a JOY to meet Dame Darcey and a moment I will never forget!”

Miss Hannah has been teaching dance and musical theatre professionally since 2017 and is always looking for ways to further her professional development. The Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) course she completed with the Royal Academy of Dance has allowed her to achieve just that.
